John Karl Hirten recently finished piece for Millenia Consort, is called "Pinot, A Suite in Three Tastings," for organ, brass and percussion, was premiered late last year in San Luis Obispo. He recently finished a verse anthem, commissioned by the Church of St. Stephen in Medina, WA, entitled "Have you not known?"
